What is collected

The project assistant collects only what you type into it: your description of the project, any dimensions, materials, finishes, location and timeframe you choose to give, your name, and an email address or telephone number so the team can reply. You are asked for permission before any of it is passed on.

When it is shared

Nothing is sent to ALL STEEL until you have seen a summary of your enquiry and confirmed it. A conversation that only asks a general question is not submitted as an enquiry at all.

Automated processing

Your messages are processed on this website's server to work out what the project involves and which details are still missing. When a local language model is configured, it runs on infrastructure controlled by ALL STEEL, your messages are not sent to an external AI service. The assistant never calculates or quotes prices.

Storage and retention

Confirmed enquiries are stored on the server that runs this site, in a location that is not publicly accessible, together with the summary you approved. Conversations that are never confirmed are not stored on the server.

A specific retention period has not yet been set by the business owner. Until it is, enquiries are kept until they are deleted on request.

Tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts.

Access and deletion

You can ask for a copy of your enquiry or for it to be deleted by contacting the business and quoting the reference shown when you submitted it.

A contact address for these requests will be published here once it is confirmed.

Still to be decided

The following need a decision from the business owner before this policy is complete: the legal entity and its registered details, the retention period, the supervisory authority (where one applies), and confirmation of any provider used for email delivery or for running the language model.
